A: The National Meeting will take place June 9-10 at the Hyatt Regency DFW. ACS HPVRT and ACS NRTCC Steering Committee members are invited for a meeting day on June 8, prior to the general meeting. Invited members and leadership will be notified of more meeting specific details via the registration platform, Cvent. 

A: A high-level agenda is now available but subject to change here. An agenda with more detail will be published in April and May.  

A: The National Meeting is a member only event and due to the upcoming ACS HPVRT & ACS NRTCC consolidation, membership applications are on hiatus until the launch of the new roundtable in early Fall 2026. A: With more than 100 member organizations participating this year between both Roundtables, limiting attendance to three representatives per organization helps ensure broad and equitable representation at the 2026 National Meeting while allowing as many members as possible to take part. A: There is no registration fee for the 2026 ACS HPVRT and ACS NRTCC National Meeting.  

A: No, we will not be able to accommodate walk ins or on-site registration.

A: Yes! There is a room block that closes May 18, 2026. Rooms booked in the room block will be $207 per night. Invited guests will be notified through their personalized invitation email about how to book a room through the registration process. Hotel room confirmation emails will go out in late May for those who book during registration.

A: We no longer have a National Meeting sponsorship program and instead have moved to a more comprehensive model allowing partners to support the ACS HPVRT and ACS NRTCC through annual sponsorship. This also allows for expanded engagement and recognition throughout the duration of the year. A: No, only sponsors who are at a certain level of sponsorship will be offered tables at the meeting and there will not be poster presentations this year.

A: Yes! Members who wish to attend the National Meeting but face financial constraints are encouraged to apply for a scholarship by emailing [email protected]. Scholarship applications close on April 15, 2026. Please note that funds are limited, and scholarships cannot be guaranteed for all applicants.
